How do I apply for my card?
To request your card, log in to the Wallbit app and select the card button in the navigation menu. Then, select "Activate my card" and follow the steps.
How much does the card cost?
The card has a one-time activation fee of 5 USD. There is no maintenance fee and no commission for spending in dollars.
What is the billing address for my card?
Some merchants may require a US address (e.g., Apple, Amazon, etc.). You can find the address for your US-issued card using the card button in the main menu of the app:
1. Log in to the card section of the app.
2. Copy the address shown in the app: 604 Hoare Street, San Juan, PR 00907, Puerto Rico.
In some cases, Puerto Rico isn't listed as an option. You can simply select the US as your country.
Why was my card payment declined?
If your Wallbit card is declined, you'll receive a notification in the app with the decline information.
In some cases, we may not have detailed information if the merchant declines the payment. This could be due to several reasons:
1. Insufficient balance
2. Spending limit reached
3. Incorrect billing address
4. Geographical restrictions.
