How can I increase the security of my account?

You can increase the security of your account by following these simple guidelines:
1. Don't share your password or 2FA code.
2. Don't share your login information over social networks, emails, or chats.
3. Make sure the sites where you enter your card information are secure.
4. Activate all security measures on your devices (screen lock, antivirus, etc.).

How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?

To enable two-factor authentication (2FA), follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Wallbit account
2. Go to Settings (top left corner)
3. Select "2FA Authentication" from the security menu
4. Choose your preferred method: "Authenticator App" or "SMS"

What do I do if I suspect my account has been hacked?

If you suspect someone has unauthorized access to your account, here are some actions you can take:
1. Change your password
2. Pause your card (click the lock in the app)
3. Reset 2FA
4. Contact us with any questions or suspicious activity

What do I do if I don't receive the authentication code via SMS?

Sometimes, the SMS verification code may take a while to arrive, or it may not arrive at all, due to issues with your service provider.

If you don't receive the SMS, you can change your two-factor authentication (2FA) method to use an authenticator App like Google Authenticator, Authy, or LastPass.
